The JD-1560 is a 24-row no-till planter. While it's heaviest use is for planting soybeans, this drill can be used for sowing wheat as well. A tractor with at least 140 horsepower and dual rear wheels are recommended for using the drill. This drill is rented through the District office at a cost of $9 per acre. All renters must sign a rental contract and provide proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the drill. Contact Larry Starling for more information.
